Get a Quote
We’ll review your request and get back to you with a quote, along with any questions or clarifications regarding the repair.
Ship Your Item
Once we determine that the repair can be done and agree on the price, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Use the label to securely ship your jewelry to us.
Repair Completion & Payment
After the repair is finished, we’ll share pictures of the completed work. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll collect payment and ship your repaired jewelry back to you.
